The vineyards stretch out across 93 hectares, on slopes and gentle hills that only Alentejo can provide. The vine training system is bilateral cordon, with drip irrigation so as to obtain the best fruit at the optimum point of maturity. The integration of organic farming in our wine production reinforces our commitment to the environment and sustainability.
We select the typical Alentejo varieties that are better adapted to our terroir, such as Antão Vaz or Aragonês, and also other international varieties which complete our signature. Our strategy is based mainly on the individualized vinification of each variety to later make the blends which are used to create our brands.
