The Herdade dos Grous dam occupies an area of about 80ha and is essential for the ecosystem and biodiversity of our estate. With the exploration in Integrated Production Mode and the consequent adoption of improved cultural practices such as the use of minimum tillage techniques for soil, tighter control of irrigation and reduced use of plant protection products, the result is an increase in species observed year after year.
