Harmoniously integrated into the Alentejo landscape, our winery combines the latest technology with the most traditional methods for processing wine. It has cellars with controlled temperatures and refrigerated rooms to ferment the wines in barrels. All grapes are manually selected on a sorting table and the wine is obtained through gentle processing in the case of whites, and the soft maceration of reds for each variety, so as to guarantee its excellent quality.
In a cellar with schist lined walls, our wines rest in barrels or bottles, in optimum conditions of temperature and humidity, awaiting the ideal moment to appear on the market.
