Deep, concentrated plummy-red tones, complex aromas of matured fruit and subtle oak nuances, full-flavoured, round, silky and mature tannins are the characteristics of our Herdade dos Grous Red.

A wine that reflects the heart of Alentejo.
WINEMAKING The grapes are hand-selected separately, the fermentation is in frustoconical vats with delestage. Ageing for 9 months in Frenck oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES Deep, concentrated plummy-red tones. Complex aroma of well-ripped red fruits. Full-flavoured, concentrated and with a long aftertaste. Food pairing: pork and beef dishes, oven-codfish dishes and hard cheeses
